模板1——

However, from！！！！ my perspective, it is the quality of staff that determines a university. （针对子集回答）

模板2——

When it comes to （whether people should make a pragmatic plan）/setting goals, opinions vary, based on people’s diverse backgrounds, experiences, and values. (复数)
Some people claim that a challenging goal is better. However, from my perspective, a pragmatic one enjoys more merits.
= Some people consider that... while/whereas others believe that... As for me, my favor goes to the former/ the latter.

To (ensure a satisfactory result), many task performers stick to a practical plan with foreseeable outcomes, instead of a challenging one with uncertainties. However, I'd prefer the latter one for it brings us more efficiency, creativity and sense of achievement.
